Geodesy State Department - Pilot implementation in Cadastre office in Negotino
GIS project based on CADastre solution for creation, usage and maintenance of digital cadastre that complies with the current legislation and covers the typical business processes in the State and Regional Cadastre Offices.
The CADastre solution was developed in Autodesk AutoCAD Map environment, one of the leading GIS development products on the market).
The CADastre relays on the functionality of AutoCAD Map product. Graphical data are linked with matching attribute’s data, managed by any RDBMS. Some of the CADastre Modules include, Input of graphical & attribute data; Maintenance of current data; Review, query and reports for cadastral data (Copy of plan, List of property); Cadastre Thematic Maps; Topology Analyses etc.
CADastre software solution is developed in AutoCAD Map environment with AutoLisp, VisualLisp, Visual Basic and SQL, and tested with MS Access and ORACLE RDBMS.
Toplifikacija AD - Skopje (Central Heating Company)
(based on NetHeatingCAD, solution for Central Heating Distribution)
GIS Software solution for input, maintenance, and analyses of cadastre of heating network of Skopje, and simulation, monitoring and management of Central Heating Distribution System. The main feature of this application is continual up to date of all graphical and attribute data triggered by customer changes, or automatic action based on distance control and monitoring.
This solution includes mathematical model of heating network with all thermodynamic analysis that is basis for geographic and topology analysis, thematic maps, queries, and reports.
Implementation done in Toplifikacija AD - Skopje (Central Heating Company).
The Central Heating Distribution Software is developed in Autodesk AutoCAD Map environment using AutImage Map, VisualLisp, Visual Basic and SQL, on Microsoft Access & SQL Server.
GAMA AD - Skopje (Gas Distributor Company)

GIS solution for input, maintenance, and analyses of cadastre of gas network of Macedonia, and simulation, monitoring and management of Gas Distribution System.
The main feature of this application is permanent bringing up to date of all graphical and attribute data triggered by customer changes, or automatic action based on distance control and monitoring.
This application includes mathematical model of gas network with all thermodynamics analysis that is basis for geographic and topology analysis, thematic maps, queries, and reports. Modules of this application are: Digital plan; input and maintenance of data related with diagrams; Review of documents; Managing data for the pipe network; Managing data for the consumers, Monitoring and control of valves, Billing, etc.
Developed in Autodesk AutoCAD Map environment using VisualLisp, Visual Basic and SQL, and using AutoImage Map and MS Access technologies.
REK Bitola - The Suvodol mine (Power Distributor Company)
GIS solution based on OpenPitMine for input, maintenance, and analyses of geographic and attribute data, and simulation, monitoring and management of open pit coal mine.
The main feature of this application is permanent bringing up to date of all graphical and attribute data triggered by customer changes, planning of ore and electricity production, DTM, and Geology model of the mine. The application enables all kind of geographic and topology analysis, thematic maps, queries, and reports.
Some of the modules in this application are: 2D digital plan, 3D digital plan, DTM, boring hole, volumes calculation, simulation of digging, 3D model based on quality parameters of the coal, planning, profiles, etc.
The Open Pit Mine Software is developed in Autodesk Land Development Desktop environment using AutoCad Map, VisualLisp, Visual Basic and SQL, as well as Autodesk Civil Design, AutoImage Map, on Oracle 8i/9i and MS Access DB.
DTM (Digital Terrain Model) of the Kozjak Dam
Project for mining and geology exploration of the Kozjak dam section a DTM was made with factorization of geodetic plans in scale 1:2500. Also, we used additional surveys points measured on the terrain. This was done on demand of Mining Institute - Skopje, because they need completely manageable land related aspects (cut and fill, volumes) of the terrain on the Kozjak dam.
The technology and software which is used in this project: Scan of maps, Distortion correction, Factorization, Autodesk Land Development Desktop, Autodesk Survey, AutoImage Map, MS Access, and GORD Systems applications developed in VisualLisp, Visual Basic and SQL.
Production of geodesy plans and maps
On demand of Geodesy State Department of Macedonia, and after they survey the terrain where pipe-line should be made, GORD Systems revise more than 120 geodetic plans in scale 1:1000, 1:2500, and 1:5000. The revision covered: Distortion correction of scanned plans, geo-referencing (orienting based on Macedonian Coordinate System), and making continuous map background for the zone of pipe-line.
